- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut, almond or oat milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- handful of dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients together and add to an oven-safe dish or individual ramekins. I used a 5″ x 7″ glass pan.
Bake at 350 F for 20 – 25 minutes (until fully set).Serve hot or cold
Cover and store leftovers in the fridge for about a week.
